This is a plank! Do it like the way the guy is doing it, but I do it on my side as well to work the ‘side abs’. I love the plank.. We did it in high school all the time and I still do it :)

Matt and I went to Dunns for breakfast today after my appointment. Oh my goodness was it so good. I had a ham and cheese omelette with fruit and brown toast and coffee (of course) and I demolished it. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t eat for a few days..
