Every time I watch The Uninvited, I can’t get over how badly I want a house like that/a house in the forest/a god damn cottage. Luckily that house is in Vancouver, too bad it sold for 7 million dollars..

I LOVE IT. So secluded, surrounded by trees, massive house, boat house, you can swim right in the backyard… UGH I want it. Funny because the house they filmed it in is in Vancouver, and the house sold for 6.9 million dollars.

Yeah for sure! A few of my favorites are Donny Darko (he’s schizophrenic), Black Swan (schizophrenia and OCD), Prozac Nation (depression), Thirteen (basic teen rebellion but it’s really good), It’s Kind of A Funny Story (depression and other patients with different illnesses), and The Uninvited (a little more well hidden, but it has depression, suicide and hallucinations). These are just a few I have off the top of my head but I’m pretty sure you can google “movies with mental illness.” I hope this helps!
I one day want to live in a house like the one in “The Uninvited”. I love it, water front, but still seperated by a cliff, a boat house, the house itself with all the wood and seclusion. Mark my words, one day this will be my house.
